"Professional Wrestling Title Posters" is a series of all-new, full-color, original posters produced by Scott Teal through Crowbar Press.  These posters are NOT lithographs or mass-produced on cheap paper.  Each poster is actually a high-quality, glossy PHOTOGRAPH which measures a huge 20x30 inches.  Each poster includes pictures of the belts featured and a 2.25 x 2.75-inch image of every wrestler who held the title.

The Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight title, originally called the Eastern Heavyweight title, was introduced to wrestling fans in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, in 1970.  In October 1973, the name was changed to Mid-Atlantic Heavyweight title and a new belt was presented to the reigning champion, Jerry Brisco.  Jim Crockett Promotions recognized all Eastern title holders as former Mid-Atlantic champions.  For a complete history of the title, visit the Mid-Atlantic Gateway.

The NWA World Heavyweight Title goes all the way back to 1929, featuring champions who held the belt when the NWA stood for National Wrestling "Association."  In 1949, the National Wrestling "Alliance" was formed and became one of the most powerful consortium of promoters in pro wrestling.  The NWA title was the only title defended around the world and was the most respected title until the early 90s.

The Missouri heavyweight title was created in 1972 and was the title every wrestler who appeared in St. Louis hoped to win.  It was the symbol of the greatness of professional wrestling in St. Louis, the city known throughout the world as the "wrestling capital of the world."
